Delaware Trial Practice Forum: Judge Vincent A. Bifferato
The Delaware Trial Practice Forum was created in 1988 by Judge Vincent A. Bifferato, Sr., who was then the Delaware Superior Court’s senior Judge. The goal of the forum is to provide free continuing legal education (CLE) credits to those who are just starting out and to offer those young attorneys a chance to become acquainted with each other as well as with more experienced attorneys and those practicing in small firms or government.
