The operator of a virtual law firm (focusing on Maryland family law but based out of his Florida home), he has enough experience to provide tips and guidance for other lawyers looking to do the same. And he isn't just a lawyer: Richard's other official duties include serving as president/CEO of DirectLaw Inc. and Epoq US, Inc., while also co-charing the American Bar Association Law Practice Management Section's E-Lawyering Task Force. One can't help but wonder how he still has enough time to blog.
