Scott Gordon has worked with resident-owned communities (“ROC’s”) in Florida for well over a decade and devotes a substantial portion of his law practice helping ROC managers and directors deal with a vast variety of legal issues. Many of Scott’s clients are resident-owned manufactured housing cooperatives that often include recreational vehicle (“RV”) sections. He has also provided the legal guidance for the purchase of a number of manufactured housing and RV communities by the homeowners living in those communities and the conversion of those communities to ROC’s.
