Roy is President of Environ Health Associates, and is a Registered Sanitarian with the National Environmental Health Association. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of disease prevention and public health education and is an adjunct professor at the Walt Disney World Center for Hospitality and Culinary Arts, in Orlando, FL. Roy's company works closely with the food industry, the hospitality industry, institutions, governmental organizations and other food safety related businesses from the farm through to food retail and restaurant operations. They also conduct inspections of water and waste water systems and public pools, and provide infection control services to health care facilities.
