Outside of the all the NLRB hubbub, Supreme Court case Standard Fire v. Knowles has likely generated the most discussion on LXBN of any case or story this year. In the case, the Supreme Court ruled last week in favor of the plaintiffs, closing a major class action loophole regarding the Class Action Fairness act and federal jurisdiction of class actions.
