Noel Canning—and what this might mean for the world of labor law.

Joining LXBN TV to discuss the oral arguments and the case’s potential implications, we bring in Ron Meisburg. The Proskauer partner is one of only four people to serve as both a Board Member and as the General Counsel at the NLRB, and he’s an author on the Labor Relations Update blog.
