The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) has published the latest issue of its newsletter, Ombudsman News (issue 139). This issue of Ombudsman news has a generational theme covering:

  • complaints (excluding payment protection insurance) by generation;
  • complaints involving under 25s;
  • mortgages and age – what’s in a year; and
  • complaints involving mortgages, age and unfair decisions.

This issue of Ombudsman news also includes the usual quarterly statistics about the financial products and services people have contacted the FOS about.
