FCA Handbook Notice No.46

The FCA has published Handbook Notice No.46.

This Handbook Notice sets out the changes the FCA Board made to the Handbook on 30 June, 6 July and 20 July 2017.

On 30 June 2017, the FCA Board made changes to the Handbook in the following instruments:

  • Glossary (MiFID 2) Instrument 2017;
  • Fees (Data Reporting Applications) Instrument 2017;
  • Markets and Organisation Requirements (MiFID 2) Instrument 2017; and
  • Conduct, Perimeter Guidance and Miscellaneous Provisions (MiFID 2) Instrument 2017.

On 6 July 2017, the FCA Board made changes to the Handbook in the following instrument:

  • Prospectus Rules (Miscellaneous Amendments) Instrument 2017.

On 20 July 2017, the FCA Board made changes to the Handbook in the following instruments:

  • Approved Person (Amendment to Application Forms) Instruments 2017;
  • Fees (Payment Systems Regulator) Instrument (No 4) 2017;
  • Conduct of Business Sourcebook (Pension Projections) Instrument 2017;
  • Client Assets (Client Money and Custody Assets Distribution and Transfers) Instrument 2017;
  • Trading Venues Instrument 2017;
  • Client Assets Supervision (P2P CASS Audits) Instrument 2017;
  • Immigration Regulations (Amendment) Instrument 2017;
  • Retirement Income Data (Regulatory Return) Instrument 2017; and
  • Fourth Money Laundering Directive (Enforcement and Consequential Amendments) Instrument 2017

The Handbook Notice briefly describes the changes made by the above instruments.
