E-Discovery professionals often don’t get the credit they deserve for the hard work that goes into identifying, preserving, collecting, and reviewing the ESI that makes or breaks a case. Often times, litigators think that everything that happens, up until they get their moment in the courtroom, is prologue. But we know that’s not the case… just make sure you do a better job hiding your feelings than the Queen of Dragons did last week. But maybe attorneys are getting better at recognizing what goes into e-discovery. At least that’s the impression I get when reviewing the results of our 2019 Federal Judges Survey.
