Note from the Associate Editor, Melissa Lin

Each week, LexBlog has the privilege of launching and syndicating new blogs to our growing community of legal publishers. The first, Antitrust and Competition Report, has hit the ground running since its launch, reporting on timely issues such as the initiative in California for state agencies to negotiate the purchase of prescription drugs, tightening foreign investment regulations in Germany, and a discussion of four first of their kind cases shaping the UK collective actions arena.

From the second blog, Kishish Law Group News, I recommend reading their most recent post, “Jury Awards $2 Billion in Roundup Cancer Case” for its thorough and compelling reporting on this case–the third that Monsanto has now lost for failing to warn consumers about Roundup’s carcinogenic dangers.

Lastly, four of Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr’s blogs joined LexBlog last month, but with the six most recent additions detailed below, all of their publications now have a presence in the network. Saul’s blogs can also be found on Illinois Lawyer Now, LexBlog’s first syndication portal.

Descriptions of these blogs are below. Please join us in welcoming some of the newest publications to our network!
