This is just straight up good advice, no matter where you live and whether you use this service:

Sure, if it’s likely your data may have been part of this compromise, by all means, keep an eye on those payments cards, but even if you weren’t, pay attention as well.

Because your data was compromised somewhere, at some point. There’s almost no getting away from that fact.

Personally, I check my credit cards and bank accounts online every few days, at least, and make sure there aren’t transactions on there that are fraudulent. It’s the only way.
