Thank you for being a part of the Miles for Meso community and for supporting the 11th Annual Alton Miles for Meso 5K Run & 3K Fun Run/Walk. This year’s race had more than 1,200 participants, and we’re thankful to everyone who took part in the day’s festivities.
Below is more information regarding post-race results and how you can continue to be involved.
This year, the race raised $25,000 for the Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization (ADAO), a non-profit dedicated to securing a global ban of asbestos and providing support to victims of asbestos-related diseases.
The top three team fundraisers for this year’s race are:

- Biking for an Asbestos Ban
Congratulations to the winners of this year’s race. Brice Pavey, of St. Louis, won first place overall in the men’s division with a time of 15:18. First place overall in the women’s division went to Julia Kohnen, of Florissant, Missouri, with a time of 16:58.

Miles for Meso Returns
Planning for the 12th Annual Alton Miles for Meso 5K Race & 3K Fun Run/Walk has already begun. The race will return Saturday, Sept. 26, 2020. Be sure to mark your calendars.
