SM v SRK  SADC 184 (available on JADE) saw an assessment of damages for child sexual abuse, brought against the adoptive father of the claimant.
The assessment was complicated by the paucity of evidence relied upon by the claimant in proof of her claim and the impact on the claimant of other non-compensable injuries and illnesses.
