Top changes in California courts from this week

  • Alameda County announced plans to resume accepting nearly all Civil, Family, and Probate filings, starting May 11.
  • Sacramento County began accepting most types of Civil filings by dropbox.
  • San Mateo announced plans to mandate electronic court filing, from June 1.
  • Placer County announced that it will mandate eDelivery of court filings from May 11.
