Boardroom Dilemmas

Boardrooms around the globe have been confronted by numerous problems created by the Coronavirus pandemic. While it is not unusual for a board to face multiple difficult decisions, balancing financial, legal, and ethical issues, it is unheard of for so many boardrooms to be confronted simultaneously by acute dilemmas all created by the same cause. In this article in the June/July issue of Governance + Compliance magazine, I assess how to deal with some of the highly sensitive issues that directors and executives face as they steer their companies through the crisis.
