Need cases that only consider Real Estate law? Just search within the category. This keeps out a lot of extraneous cases that may contain your search terms; but, involve matters not related to you current matter. These guys might just be the disruption that online legal research has been waiting for. When I displayed this page this morning, I flashed back to law school, when I spent long hours in the law library pulling books off the shelves, and paging through them to find cases and read them. It seems like ancient history. How far legal research has come in a few years.
