National Meeting of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

On Monday, October 19, 2020, Steven K. Mignogna, Co-Chair of  Archer’s Estates and Trusts Department and Chair of the Estate and Trust Litigation Group, was on a panel presenting a program at the National Meeting of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).  The program addressed the nuances of the attorney-client privilege and was presented to ACTEC’s Professional Responsibility Committee.
