New Chapter 11 Filing – Christopher & Banks

On January 13, 2021, Christopher & Banks, Inc., a Minnesota-based specialty retailer for women who value quality, affordable stylish apparel, accessories and exceptional service, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey (Case 20-10268).  The company reports $100 million to $500 million in assets and $50 million to $100 million in liabilities.  A link to the Christopher & Banks chapter 11 petition can be found here.
