If you are a Chrome user, have you noticed the “Apps” button on the bookmarks bar? Unless you use web apps installed from the Google Chrome Store, you probably haven’t ever clicked on the button. So why have it? Not to worry. How-To Geek posted the simple procedure to disable and remove the “Apps” button in Chrome.
Right click anywhere on the bookmarks bar to bring up menu choices. Unselect the Show apps shortcut menu choice. That’s it. You now have a little more real estate for an additional bookmark button.
