RTB publishes guidance relating to new rules on rent deposits and rent calculation in RPZs

The Residential Tenancies Board has published some guidance materials in relation to the Residential Tenancies (No.2) Act 2021. These comprise of:

  • Booklet entitled “Residential Tenancies (No.2) Act 2021: What this means for landlords and tenants“; and
  • FAQ document “The Residential Tenancies (No.2) Act 2021: New information for landlords and tenants“.
