Hey Case Status users!
If messaging is the main focus on your day or part of your day, having a consolidated view of all Case Status communication could come in handy.
Did you know that by selecting
“See All Messages” in the Inbox tab, that you can have a clear, concise place to focus on all firm correspondence–client, internal, collaborating partners, et al.
You already know you can Filter by My Cases with Unread Messages. but by opening your entire inbox, all messages are front and center and with links back to the matter, clicking on a client name, takes you directly to that matter to reduce time searching for a specific case.
In the inbox, you can easily navigate through internal messages, client messages, collaborative messages, and any and all unread messages.
Marking all unread messages as read can swiftly be done by the click of a button.
If messaging and corresponding is the main part of your day or even a portion of your day, moving out of individual cases and into your inbox, can save you a considerate amount of time and reduce confusion over what has and has not been addressed.
