On November 25, 2021, Crowell & Moring attorneys Eric Montens and Jurgen Figys will be presenting a webinar addressing product safety and the EU safety regulatory framework for consumers.
During this webinar, speakers will give you a brief overview of the EU safety regulatory framework for consumer and non-consumer (non-food) products and take a look at recent initiatives, including proposed legislation intended to replace the General Product Safety Directive, and the new authorized representative requirement.
