Eva Matela Kogut recently shared insights to develop effective collaborative teams in the divorce process in Collaborative Divorce Illinois’ (CDI) Fellows Collaborative Skills Training on December 3.

In the panel “Optimizing Strategies for Effective Collaborative Teams,” Eva joined additional family law professionals to discuss:

  • Pre-briefs and de-briefs
  • Collaborative team protocols
  • Assisting clients in framing their goals and concerns
