Enhanced Healthcare Partners (EHP) had announced it has completed a strategic investment in Howard J. Chudler & Associates (HCA).
HCA, based in Covina, Calif., and founded in 1983, is a behavioral therapy services provider for people with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
EHP, with offices in New York and Salt Lake City, is a healthcare-focused private equity firm that makes minority and majority investments in founder- and entrepreneur-led lower middle market companies. Founded in 2005, the firm seeks to invest in companies between $50 million and $250 million in enterprise value.
