On 4 July 2022, the FCA updated its webpage regarding Discussion Paper 21/4 ‘Sustainability Disclosure requirements and investment labels’. The update states that, originally, the FCA had aimed to consult in Q2 2022 but now it is planning to consult in the autumn so that it can take into account other international policy initiatives and ensure stakeholders have time to consider the issues.
