Of particular interest is a Code of Conduct for unregistered health practitioners and health organisations: see here.
The Schedule 3 code for non-registered health practitioners includes provisions such as: Health Practitioners not to make claims to cure certain serious illnesses. Health Practitioners not to engage in sexual or close relationships with clients, Health Practitioners not to financially exploit clients, and Health Practitioners to keep appropriate insurance.
