“Xalq Sigorta” OJSC has a vacancy for the position of a junior lawyer.
Candidate Requirements:
• Education: Higher legal education;
• Work experience: not less than 1 year of work experience in the field of law (work experience in the insurance field is desirable);
• Knowledge of civil law, administrative law and insurance legislation, having the ability to conduct research on other fields if necessary;
• Language skills: Azerbaijani language (high writing and speaking ability)
Main job responsibilities:
• Legal assurance of the pre-trial, trial and post-trial stages of the company’s right of subrogation;
• Examination of submitted documents and provision of legal opinions;
• Preparation of applications and inquiries to state and private enterprises;
• Responding to requests from public and private enterprises;
• Conduct legal research;
• To carry out the official tasks of their supervisor.
• Working hours: 5 days a week / from 09:00 to 18:00.
