Vital Pharm., Inc., Florida Magistrate Judge Jacqueline Becerra granted plaintiffs’ motion for sanctions in part, ordering adverse inference sanctions for failure to preserve marketing videos and marketing engagement data for other videos, as well as attorneys’ fees and costs associated with the motion.
