Can I Submit the Request for Judicial Assistance Online?-Service of Process and Hague Service Convention Series (8)-CTD 101 Series

Yes. In order to facilitate judicial assistance in international civil and commercial matters, China’s Ministry of Justice launched an online Civil and Commercial Judicial Assistance System in 2019 at www.ilcc.online.

This post was first published in CJO GLOBAL, which is committed to providing consulting services in China-related cross-border trade risk management and debt collection. We will explain how debt collection works in China below.

Foreign requesters can now directly submit request materials online. Once the request is accepted, the requesting party does not need to post paper materials.
