Texas Olive Company recalls Capers, Giardiniera, and Pepperoncini because of improper sealing

All American Trading Of Houston, Inc., of Houston, TX, is recalling multiple products under the Texas Olive Company brand, including Capers Capote, Giardiniera, and Pepperoncini, because of potential contamination risks from improper sealing methods. The products are not heat-sealed, posing a possible risk of contamination.

The recall, initiated on April 4, 2025, is classified as a Class II recall, indicating a low risk of serious health consequences, though temporary or reversible effects may occur. The recall remains ongoing, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The affected products were distributed to stores in Texas and Mississippi.

    • Description: 16 oz. glass jars

    • Sold In: TX, MS
  3. Texas Olive Company Pepperoncini
    • Description: 16 oz. glass jars
    • Code Information: All lots with expiry prior to 05/21/2025
    • Product Quantity: 207 units
    • Recall Number: F-0726-2025
    • Distributed By: All American Trading Of Houston, Inc., Houston, TX
    • Sold In: TX, MS

As of the posting of this recall, no illnesses have been reported in connection with these products.

Consumers are urged not to consume the recalled products and should discard them or return them to the place of purchase. Businesses should cease selling or distributing the affected lots.
