The Labour Appeal Court (LAC) has reaffirmed that employers must be tolerant of employee religious beliefs. In TDF Network Africa (Pty) Ltd v Deidre Beverley Faris, it ruled that the employee was discriminated against and unfairly dismissed for practising her religion.
