On March 8, 2018, President Trump signed two proclamations imposing tariff rates of 25 percent and 10 percent on imports of certain steel and aluminum products, respectively, pursuant to Section 232 of the U.S. Trade Expansion Act of 1962. These tariff rates will come into effect March 23, 2018, and will be applied in addition to any other duties, fees, and charges applicable to covered products. View Full Post
