The Marketing Manager is responsible for creatively attracting our audience to LexBlog’s products through high-quality messaging that demonstrates LexBlog’s value, strengthens brand loyalty and increases sales.

LexBlog is a small, nimble and successful company. You will own marketing with the support and direction of your team members. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter —entrepreneurial, strategic and creative—with a track record in proactively producing exceptional content, utilizing an expansive and ever-growing set of tools.


  • Crushing it on social media running LexBlog social accounts on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media. This includes creating content, sharing relevant community posts and engaging with the LexBlog community and others in the legal sphere.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
  • Coordinate and produce webinars, podcasts and other programs you and the team finds appropriate.
  • Work with products and sales teams on attractive materials, on or offline, to be used in sales and retention efforts.
  • Develop and execute an email communication plan so as to engage LexBlog’s users and target audience


  • Experience in all forms of marketing and digital media. Familiarity with Affinity Creative Software, the Adobe Creative Suite or similar products.
  • Experience in writing, reporting and ideally, blogging.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Self-starter and self-sufficient with a track record of proactively advancing your own skill set and the type of content you’re able to produce.
  • A high level of creativity, both in day-to-day tasks and larger objectives.
  • While not required, an interest or background in law is also helpful.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing
  • A background in social media, content creation or community engagement is preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
