The University of Iowa recently came under a bit of scrutiny from a former law professor there for its all-pink visitors’ locker room as the  the co-founder of  Minnesota-based called “Gender Justice” called their setup “sexist” and “homophobic.” It’s easy to dismiss the scrutiny something of an oddball legal story, because that’s ultimately what it is, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t some lessons—or that this could hypothetically become something more than it currentluy is.
