For anyone wanting to get together, I’ll be in Cleveland on Wednesday and Chicago most of Thursday as well as Friday morning.
Coffee, lunch, beer, whatever. Happy to meet existing clients, prospective clients who may have an interest in blogs, or anyone who’s followed me or that I’ve followed on the net.
I’m presenting on Social Networking for Law Firms at the Cleveland Chapter of the Legal Marketing Association on Wednesday from 11:30 to 1:00. It’ll be videocast to Columbus. I’ll have time that afternoon and early evening to get together in Cleveland.
I’ll then be back in Chicago Wednesday night/Thursday morning. Maybe we could even pull a beer for bloggers together around 6 on Thursday evening.
As a political junkie, I couldn’t pass up the Obama event in Chicago’s Grant Park on Tuesday evening. So I’m flying into Chicago Tuesday afternoon and then onto Cleveland in the morning.
With my 34 year voting record all over the board, no one can label me Republican, Democrat, conservative, or liberal. But I can remember watching Bob Kennedy in 1968 on a black and white TV telling us he had enough faith in this great country of ours that he thought it even possible we’d see “a negro” President in forty years.
If history is made, I’d like to say I was there. I’m not sure I’ll be around forty years from now in 2048.
