- EBG Trade Secrets and Noncompete Blog is one of two Epstein Becker & Green launches this week. This one, written by Peter L. Altieri, David J. Clark and Peter A. Steinmeyer, focuses on developments in the law of restrictive covenants, unfair competition and trade secrets.
- Epstein Becker & Green’s second live blog this week is titled Health Reform Musings. This blog addresses health care reform and the impact of these proposals on the health care delivery system.
- The Local Open Government Blog is written by Ramsey Ramerman and Stephen DiJulio of Foster Pepper’s Spokane-based Public Disclosure Team. Foster Pepper lawyers work with local governments in the drafting of policies and laws, training and educational programs, compliance matters and, when necessary, litigation and appeals.
- The Texas Bar Blog is the official blog of the State Bar of Texas. The blog offers information on the bar association along with a list of Texas legal blogs and posts legal developments and current events throughout the state.
- Legal Bytes is Reed Smith‘s sixth blog with LexBlog, this one focusing on how to best serve clients in the digital world, with “insights at the intersection of digital advertising, new media, ecommerce and the law.”
- The Law Business Revolution Blog is authored by Alexis Martin Neely, who uses the publication as a means to help teach others her her revolutionary and effective methods for attracting, engaging, servicing, and retaining clients.
- Security, Privacy and the Law, which offers legal perspectives on the expanding universe of information security and privacy issues, is Foley Hoag‘s fourth LexBlog blog. This blog is written by several lawyers based in the firm’s offices in Boston, Washington, DC and Waltham, MA.
- Finally, we come to our tenth blog. Attorneys at Mississippi law firm Robinson, Biggs, Ingram, Solop & Farris publish the Construction Law Toolbox. The firm’s team of lawyers write on recent news surrounding construction law, legislation, prominent cases, immigration and other relevant topics.
