It’s my great pleasure to announce our new blog, CFPB Monitor, which launches to coincide with the CFPB’s first anniversary. As its name indicates, our blog will focus exclusively on important goings-on at the CFPB. Since Dodd-Frank’s enactment, the Consumer Financial Services Group has issued e-alerts and held webinars related to Dodd-Frank and the CFPB. Through the blog, we hope to provide even more timely information to our clients and friends—along with commentary and analysis—on one of the most significant developments in the areas of consumer financial services law. Of course, we’ll provide additional sources of information about the CFPB, including announcements, proposed regs, and Congressional testimony of CFPB staff.
