Stark & Stark is counsel to a group of plaintiffs in a class action arising from the sale of several weight loss products in the United States.  If you or anyone you know purchased Liquid Hoodia, Slimquick or NV products in the United States for personal use and not for resale, between January 1, 2003 and August 5, 2011, you could receive a cash payment from the settlement if approved.

We have reached a settlement of the class action, and if the Court approves the settlement at a hearing now scheduled in November, anyone who purchased the products could be entitled to a cash refund.   You must submit a claim form by October 24, 2011 to be entitled to any refund.  If you purchased any of the products, I would encourage you to go to the website, www.wellnxusasettlement.com, and submit a claim form.  It can be done online or by mail and no proof of purchase is required.

For questions, or additional information, please feel free to contact us at 609.895.7324.
