Judge McMahon’s no nonsense approach was on display again yesterday when she issued another pointed letter endorsement (for three others, see here). The Cadwalader firm complained that it was “unfair” for an adversary to have filed something three days late, to which Judge McMahon noted: “oh really, I thought better of Cadwalader than to throw a hissy fit over a slight delay. Would you like an adjournment to overcome your prejudice?”
