“Economic Opportunity Act of 2013” Introduced in NJ State Legislature: Bill Would Overhaul Financial Incentives to Retain & Attract Businesses

State Senator Raymond Lesniak and Assemblyman Albert Coutinho have introduced legislation that would consolidate New Jersey’s four business attraction and retention incentives into a single incentive program — a streamlined and enhanced version of the existing “GrowNJ” program.
