The Petrie-Flom Center is now accepting applications for 2014-2016 Academic Fellowships.
The Petrie-Flom Center forHealth Law Policy, Biotechnology, and Bioethics is an interdisciplinaryresearch program at Harvard Law School dedicated to scholarly research at theintersection of law and health policy, including issues of health carefinancing and market regulation, biomedical research and innovation, andbioethics. The Academic Fellowship is a postdoctoral program specificallydesigned to identify, cultivate, and promote promising scholars early in theircareers. Fellows are selected from among recent graduates, young academics, andmid-career practitioners who are committed to spending two years at the Centerpursuing publishable research that is likely to make a significant contributionto the field of health law policy, medical innovation policy, or bioethics. Ourprior fellows have found employment as law professors at institutions such asHarvard, UC Berkeley, BU, UCLA, Cornell, the University of Illinois, and theUniversity of Arizona.
Applications will be accepted starting September 16,2013. Completed applications must be received at petrie-flom@law.harvard.edu by 9:00 a.m. on November 18, 2013.
