Jay Baris will lead the Mutual Fund Directors Forum Conference of Fund Leaders Roundtable on Tuesday, March 4 at the Faculty House of Columbia University in New York City.
The roundtable will focus on two current topics of interest to fund leaders: board oversight of issues related to cyber-security and the increasing tendency of the SEC staff to request meetings with fund board members.
