Four Schiff Hardin LLP trial lawyers authored chapters in a new book published by the American Bar Association.  The book, From the Trenches, features strategies and tips from more than 20 of the nation’s trial lawyers.  The book was edited by John S. Worden, a Schiff Hardin partner in San Francisco.  In addition to editing the book, Worden authored a chapter (Chapter 11: The Beast of Burden) – – as did three other Schiff Hardin partners: Jean L. Bertrand (Chapter 5: Don’t Expect to Finish What You Start), Patricia Brown Holmes (Chapter 4: Attire: Your Most Overlooked Secret Weapon), and Edward Casmere (Chapter 3: Brevity).

You can review the table of contents, read about the various authors, and order a copy of the book by clicking here.
