Prior posts have explored the evolution of the arbitration process in Delaware. On March 25, 2015, that evolution took another step forward with the Senate Judiciary Committee’s approval of House Bill 49. House Bill 49 titled “Delaware Rapid Arbitration Act” was introduced on March 12, 2015, and was previously approved by the House. The Bill is designed to provide Delaware business entities with a greater ability to resolve disputes through a fast paced, voluntary arbitration process. The Bill now moves to the full Senate for consideration.
