Madison NJ Sexual Assault LawyersA Madison NJ man has been accused of attempted sexual assault after he allegedly set up a sexual encounter with a teen in Pennsylvania.

The suspect, a 31-year-old male, operates “Energetic DJs,” a business that sends DJs to perform at high school graduations and sweet 16 birthday parties in the Tri-State Area.

The suspect reportedly posted a personal ad online and tried to seek out a minor to engage in casual sex. When Pennsylvania police came across the ad, they started an investigation and contacted the suspect. An undercover state trooper posed as a 14-year-old girl and communicated online with the suspect.

The suspect allegedly made “graphic” and “sexually explicit” comments while the two spoke on the Internet.

At some point, the talk turned truly scary and the suspect allegedly arranged a meeting at a park in Paradise Township, Pennsylvania.

When the suspect arrived at the park, Pennsylvania State troopers were waiting to arrest him.

The Madison New Jersey man was subsequently charged with a several sex offenses under the PA Criminal Code, including attempted sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, and unlawful contact with a minor.

Additionally, the suspect was charged with possession of marijuana because police allegedly found him with a small amount of pot when he showed up to the park.

After being placed under arrest and charged, the suspect posted $100,000 bail and was released from police custody with a pending court date.
