We will address recent U.S. bank regulatory developments affecting U.S. banks as well as non-U.S. conducting business in the United States, including:
- The Federal Reserve Board’s proposed long-term debt, TLAC and clean holding company requirements and industry comments regarding the proposal;
- The proposed countercyclical buffer rules; and
- The reproposed single counterparty exposure regulations.
A Derivatives Update

We will cover current developments in U.S. derivatives regulation, including:
- the final margin rules for uncleared swaps;
- cross-border developments, including the “common approach” of the U.S. and the EU with respect to central counterparties;
- the ISDA 2015 Universal Resolution Stay Protocol and related matters; and
- status of the SEC’s rules for security-based swaps and what’s ahead.
A FinTech Discussion
