On Monday, May 16, 2016, on the Court’s own motion, the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals issued a Per Curiam Order delaying oral argument in the Clean Power Plan legal challenge from June 2, 2016 to September 27, 2016. The Order also states that the case will be heard en banc (before the full court). A copy of the Order can be found here.
