Paterson NJ Heroin SuspectsTwo Paterson New Jersey men were arrested in a drug sting conducted by Paramus NJ police. Cops reportedly observed the suspects attempting to sell a large amount of heroin to undercover officers.

The suspects are a 22-year-old Paterson man and a 24-year-old Paterson man.

Detectives with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office started their investigation into one of the suspects after getting information that he was moving heroin from his residence in Paterson to several towns throughout Bergen County, New Jersey.

Bergen County NJ detectives and Paramus NJ police officers eventually conducted an undercover sting operation. As part of the operation, an undercover police officer allegedly spoke with the suspects and arranged to purchase heroin.

When arresting the suspects, Paterson cops reportedly found more than 1,000 bags of heroin.

The suspects both face very serious criminal charges for possession with intent to distribute heroin.

After being placed under arrest and processed, the suspects were remanded to the Bergen County Jail in Hackensack, NJ.
