Leonia New Jersey Prostitution AttorneysA Leonia NJ woman was arrested and charged with promoting prostitution in Neptune, New Jersey.

The suspect is a 42-year-old resident of Leonia, NJ. She reportedly operates Good Day Spa, which is located along Route 33 in Neptune Township, NJ.

According to law enforcement, the Leonia woman promoted prostitution involving other female employees at the spa. Those employees allegedly charged customers for sexual services.

Neptune NJ police officers conducted an undercover sting operation and eventually determined that enough evidence existed to place the suspect under arrest. Police also arrested a second suspect, a 48-year-old Flushing NY woman.

Both women face criminal charges for promoting prostitution, a very serious criminal offense that carries significant punishments.

After being placed under arrest and processed, the two suspects were released on their own recognizances. They will need to appear in court at a later date to answer the sexual offense charges against them.

In the meantime, the Neptune Township Code Enforcement Office is reportedly investigating the case and determining whether the spa business should remain operational.
