Pendás, a dual-qualified lawyer in Spain and New York, and admitted to practice in Brussels under the E-list, focuses her practice on compliance with U.S. and EU economic sanctions, anti-money laundering laws and regulations, export controls, anti-corruption/anti-bribery laws and regulations, international arbitration, and dispute resolution.
